We're seeking a strategic product leader who can make it easier and safer for people to get started with our platform while driving seamless experiences across partner applications. As our Senior Product Manager for User Enrollment & Authentication, you'll own the critical first moments of user interaction while optimizing conversion rates and ensuring the highest security standards.

What You'll Actually Do

Own the enrollment experience: Develop and execute strategy and roadmap for signup, login, and authentication flows across Personify Health and partner applications that prioritize both security and user satisfaction.

Optimize conversion funnels: Analyze user journeys to identify friction points, implement data-driven improvements, and deliver measurable increases in conversion rates while maintaining security standards.

Balance competing priorities: Partner with UX, engineering, and security teams to create experiences that deliver best-in-class user experience without compromising security or compliance requirements.

Enable partner success: Collaborate with partner application developers to drive seamless enrollment experiences while ensuring integration requirements are clearly documented and accessible.

Build developer resources: Ensure partner enrollment flows are well-represented on Developer Portal with comprehensive APIs, SDKs, and SSO integration guides that minimize onboarding friction.

Drive continuous improvement: Leverage omnichannel member communication tools to enhance enrollment rates while using behavioral analytics to inform strategic decisions.

What You Bring to Our Mission

The product leadership foundation:

  • 5+ years product management experience with proven success improving user signup conversion rates or similar user flows
  • Proven track record managing user funnels, investigating drop-offs, analyzing behavior, and delivering measurable improvements
  • Deep understanding of user authentication protocols and identity technologies including automated provisioning, SSO, MFA, and SCIM

The technical expertise:

  • Experience building and managing API and SDK products that drive developer adoption
  • Engineering background is a plus for technical collaboration and solution development
  • Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements in healthcare technology environments

The collaborative competencies:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, architecture, UX, partner, and go-to-market teams
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical requirements into clear product priorities
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously while resolving conflicts and meeting deadlines consistently
