At STON.fi, we’re expanding beyond our core DEX and DeFi protocols. We're seeking a hands-on Product Manager to systematically explore new product ideas — whether in DeFi, AI agents, crypto tooling, or beyond. This role is about spotting opportunities, shaping hypotheses, and testing them fast. You’ll lead early-stage experiments from idea to prototype, working with internal and external teams to validate or discard ideas efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Continuously monitor trends in crypto, DeFi, AI, fintech, and adjacent emerging tech to identify white space opportunities
  • Proactively generate hypotheses for new apps, internal tools, protocol-facing features, or value-adding extensions to STON.fi
  • Design and run fast, focused experiments (MVPs, fake door tests, waitlists, landing pages, Wizard of Oz prototypes, etc.)
  • Define success metrics and validation criteria before building anything. Implement basic metrics (event tracking, funnels, retention), and analyze results independently
  • Build dashboards, write exploratory queries, and interpret usage signals to guide decisions
  • Use no-code, low-code, or lightweight dev tools to ship and test product ideas fast
  • Lead small, cross-functional teams (internal or external) to bring promising ideas to first live versions
  • Evaluate product/market fit potential, strategic alignment, and economic viability of new initiatives
  • Prioritize based on speed of learning and commercial upside, not internal complexity
  • Align exploration tracks with STON.fi strategy and identify when to double down or kill

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or early-stage product design.
  • Proven track record of taking products or features from zero to launch under high uncertainty
  • Deep curiosity about DeFi and emerging crypto primitives; ability to reason from first principles
  • Hands-on analytics skills: ability to work with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar tools
  • Fluent in writing SQL queries (BigQuery, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, etc.) and building simple dashboards
  • Strong grasp of experimentation frameworks and iterative product development
  • Hands-on builder mindset — you can prototype yourself (with no-code tools or scripts) and don't need to wait for a team
  • Experience managing contractors, designers, or part-time developers to get early versions out the door
  • Structured thinker who can de-risk ideas with minimal effort and communicate findings clearly
  • Comfortable working across multiple tracks, switching contexts, and managing short feedback loops
  • Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written)

Why Join Us

STON.fi is one of the leading projects in the TON ecosystem, building critical DeFi infrastructure at scale. You’ll get full ownership of a complex, strategic product — and help build the infrastructure that will power next-generation DeFi applications.
