About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager who’s not here for the mission. This is a 100% hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s built products from 0 to 1, knows what product-market fit really means, and has the taste and guts to build something magical.

If you live and breathe product strategy, obsess over clean design, geek out over new tech, and don’t shy away from chaos – you’ll thrive here. You’ll be working closely with the CEO to rebuild an already-good product into something exceptional – fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn big, bold ideas into reality – and make the product better every single week.
• Work closely with engineering and AI teams to ship things that are technically solid and emotionally resonant.
• Focus heavily on the customer journey – mapping, refining, and rethinking how users interact with the product at every step.
• Craft sleek, beautiful experiences that feel effortless – every screen should be a joy to use.
• Use data, user research, and intuition to shape direction – and know when to take risks.
• Align product priorities with company goals, but also challenge them when needed.
• Help in rebuilding the product experience in the next 6 months – we’re going from good to unforgettable.
• Constantly explore new technologies, tools, and platforms that could give us an edge.
• Be a power user of Replika – know the product inside and out, and constantly use it to spot what needs fixing or elevating.
• Own and elevate how Replika communicates with users – we want our voice to be the best on this planet.

Who You Are

• At least 5 years of experience in product manager roles, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
• You've built and scaled real products – ideally from 0 to 1. Ideally mobile apps, especially B2C.
• You have deep experience working on UX-heavy products – this is not a backend ops role. You care about how things look and feel just as much as how they work.
• You’ve crafted and optimized full customer journeys – from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• You’ve built sleek, beautiful, intuitive experiences – pixel-perfect UI and thoughtful flows aren’t “nice to have” – they’re your standard.
• C1 or higher English level – clear, sharp communication matters here.
• You’re tech-savvy and curious. You don’t need to code, but you speak developer.
• You thrive in startup chaos. You know how to find focus, stay flexible, and move fast without burning out.
• You’re not waiting for instructions. You have high ownership, and if something’s broken, you fix it.
• You’re excited about AI, even if you’re still learning the space. Curiosity is a must.
• You’ve built something yourself – being a (failed) founder is a big plus.
