Join us as a Product Manager – Technology Partners and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This will be a remote role so working out of your home office in the United States. Due to team location we need candidates to be in EST or CST zone.

Progress is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our technology partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, business development, and developer ecosystems. You’ll be responsible for shaping our integration strategy, building scalable programs for developers, and driving commercial success through strategic collaborations.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and launch developer-focused programs that support partner onboarding, account management, and engagement tracking.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with industry partners to deliver high-impact integrations and establish commercial partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to evolve tools and portals that support partner and developer workflows.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities through cost-benefit analysis and market research to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Establish relationships with potential partners and build business cases for integration impact.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements that support scalable and sustainable integrations.

Your background:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, platform ecosystems, or developer tools.
  • Strong understanding of partner relationship management, developer engagement models, and integration strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess business opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and define commercial agreements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, legal, marketing, and channel teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience with managed service provider (MSP) platforms or multi-tenant environments.
  • Familiarity with developer portals, APIs, and partner onboarding workflows.
  • Background in negotiating commercial agreements or working with legal teams.
  • Knowledge of regulated industry software products

Base Salary Range: $157,250 - $194,250

This position is also eligible to participate in our performance-based annual corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
