We’re looking for a Product designer with at least 3 years experience to join our Europe Marketplace team on a maternity cover contract. You’ll play a key role in shaping the journeys for investors and founders that sit at the heart of our European business.

This is a hands-on design role where you’ll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers. You’ll work on both web and mobile app products, iterating on existing experiences while also gaining exposure to greenfield initiatives in trading, web3, and crypto.

What you’ll do

  • Design for the Europe Marketplace team, iterating on current products across web and mobile.
  • Serve both investors and founders by creating intuitive, user-centred solutions.
  • Participate in discovery, workshops, and co-design sessions with customers and colleagues.
  • Translate complex problems into clear interaction models, task flows, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Test and validate designs with users to ensure solutions meet real needs.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Align with product and design teams across the US marketplace and Crypto to maintain consistency in design, brand, and user experience.
  • Take part in design team sessions, sharing your work and giving constructive feedback.

Our ideal candidate

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, craft, and impact.
  • Experience contributing across the product design lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong communication skills to explain and discuss your design decisions.
  • Solid skills in both UX and UI design, with proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience working in agile, collaborative teams.
  • A passion for digital trends and emerging technology.
  • (Nice to have) Experience in fintech, trading, investment, or web3.
