We are looking for a Product Manager to focus on Service Fusion, one of our EverPro products. Service Fusion is an easy-to-use field service management software that helps contractors and home services professionals manage leads and estimates, schedule and dispatch jobs, generate invoices, and collect payments from anywhere. Mobile applications for iOS and Android allow technicians to take Service Fusion on the go, and seamless integrations with applications like QuickBooks, Stripe, and more provide all the tools you need in one place.

We are seeking a collaborative and data-driven Product Manager to join our small, focused team and drive roadmap execution and product outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Service Fusion team, identifying and delivering enhancements that increase customer adoption, engagement, retention, and payments utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor actions to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Translate problems into well-scoped requirements (PRDs, user stories) and partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Design and execute usability tests and lightweight experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, sales, and operations to ensure successful launches and effective enablement.
  • Optimize user onboarding and core workflows to improve initial customer experience and reduce time to value.
  • Track and report product performance against KPIs; iterate quickly based on insights and feedback.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success shipping features and improving user experience through iterative development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify product differentiation opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Proficiency with analytics tooling and experimentation/usability testing methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders.
  • Comfort with calculated risks and rapid iteration, with appreciation for exploring areas with asymmetric upside.

Where

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation

The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 USD per hour/year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
