Freelancing is what i do now. I'm very exprienced in UX and UI. I know a lot about driving conversion through data and i'm specialized in User research as wel as creating interaction designs. I mainly focus E-commerce design and conversion. Besides that I delivered several dashboard enviroments for innovative AI SaaS solutions.

When I was just starting out as a freelancer, I also helped the e-commerce development agency, Tickles. I was consulting clients, introducing scrum internally and also kept the role as a UX and UI designer.

Because of my clients that were booming for my freelance business I had to take a step back at Tickles so ik could solely focus on freelancing.

My previous employer merged with another e-commerce development company called Youwe. It is one of the biggest e-commerce developers in the Netherlands and also in Europe. I got back into my role as a UX- and UI designer within the design team. I worked for some of the the most wel known clients in the Netherlands and Europe

After being in the field as a e-commerce designer i took my expertise directly to the client. By guiding them along their e-commerce business decisions i make sure we get the most effective and best results possible. I was making conversion driven decisions based on data, neuromarketing and design.

In this role I also was guiding the development teams to make the most efficient solutions for my clients in a scrum and agile environment

I wanted to grow in my skillset and role in the development and design of e-commerce solutions. I mainly developed and designed for Magento webshops.

I learned a lot at this company and managed to level up my role. Not only was i doing design. I also guided interns and managed the development and design team.

My first job as a web developer. I learned the basics of HTML and CSS here. I worked at this company for over a year and then it was time to level up my game and look for a more challenging role.
