• Redesign of B2C solution in the healthcare area with a focus on process automation, improving product usability and increasing communication between key stakeholders.

• Lead the design process, in toughtpartneship with a Junior UX Designer and the Product Owner, conducting interviews with 15 users and stakeholders in order to understand the main pain points of the current product and identify opportunities for the product next generation

• Conducting a Lean Inception workshop with 18 participants using Design Thinking tools to validate information collected in the Research process, defining the MVP with 28 features to be developed in Design and Development Sprints over the course of 7 months where I was a strategic stakeholder.

• Strategic participation in building the Backlog and Roadmap of the product next generation.

Sambatech is the largest video streaming platform in Latin America. They were elected by FastCompany as one of the most innovative companies in Latin America and help hundreds of companies to better communicate with their audience through their online videos.

• Worked on a project from Ourofino where I designed a e-learning web mobile platform using video technology and LMS (Learning Management System) lasting 4 months.

• I was a technical reference for user and business knowledge and the main designer on the team, where I was responsible for discovery and research, and conducted a Lean Inception workshop with stakeholders with the purpose of defining the MVP.

• The result was 16 features that were developed in Design and Development Sprints, using the agile Scrum methodology, in a squad with 5 developers.

Worked directly on projects from different sectors for companies such as:

• C&A - Key stakeholder in a workshop focused on understanding a service design problem and its helped design possible solutions.

• Ayrton Senna Institute - I worked in the admin profile of a web mobile learning platform in the educational area where I co-created the user experience for a web responsive aplication alongside another UX Designer.

• Responsible for identifying and executing usability improvements on a mobile app in order to improve the user experience on projects in EdTech.

• Planned and executed usability tests with 8 users in order to discover value delivery on an Teaching tracker web app and set roadmap priorites, expanding its functionality.

• Worked on a class management project for 5 months, where I was responsible for all stages of the project, from qualitative and quantitative research to conducting a Lean Inception workshop where the features and roadmap of the project were defined, as well as creating the wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, usability testing and support with a team of 5 engineers.
