My responsibilities include:

• Design exceptional User Interfaces for Websites, Web Apps.

• Led a team of Designers.

• Guide, Train & recruit Designers.

• Create prototypes and wireframes.

• Research, ideate, define and produce concepts for inhouse projects and client projects.

• Design & Redesign large Software & Websites.

• Collaborate with the team of Front-End Developer and programmers.

• Developing high-fidelity Mock-ups of the website and interfaces.

• Communicate with clients to help them better understand the UX, and strategize the overall products.

• Explore the user problems and requirements and find an easy & smooth flow of activities to solve them.

• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.

• Implement the solution in web designs while maintaining a good feel of the product.

• Create ideas of web design through site maps, storyboard or process flow.

• Testing products and troubleshooting user experience problems as well as system flaws.
