At HSSPA, I help design experiences that make newcomers feel welcomed, informed, and supported. I work on communications initiatives such as consolidating the brand identity, developing newsletters, and leading the new website project.
Contributed to 10+ projects across different industries, from dental plans and business management to notary offices and document automation. I created wireframes and interactive prototypes, and facilitated design sprints that helped teams move from ideas to validated solutions.
Worked on an AutoML system designed to make machine learning accessible for non-experts. At the same time, I designed a mobile app for health monitoring using smartbands and smartwatches.
Supported the MOVER Program with communication materials, event organization, and entrepreneurial training initiatives. I also helped share the program’s results and drafted activity reports.
My very first UX project: analyzing and redesigning an application for the Paraná Fire Department, improving usability and accessibility for real-world impact.
Education
Currently expanding my skills in digital strategy and agile methodologies. The program has been a great way to connect business perspectives with design practices.
Completed courses in UX Design, UI Design, and UX Writing. These sharpened my toolkit for creating user-friendly, visually engaging, and well-communicated digital experiences.
Graduated as a designer through a variety of projects that combined methodology, theory, and practice. I developed skills in usability, ergonomics, and management, while gaining a solid foundation in design processes and critical thinking.
