My role within the Learning & Development department at Bank OZK involves utilizing various media channels to promote the company's brand, business policies, and processes. As a member of the team, I am responsible for designing, laying out, and producing a wide range of graphic art, print, and digital assignments. Additionally, I provide support to the department by contributing to the conception and execution of ideas that align with our business objectives.
