1. Empathize: I begin by understanding the client's situation and needs, actively listening to their concerns, and answering their questions.
2. Define: I thoroughly inspect the vehicle, collaborating with repair shops to accurately assess the damage and understand the "why" behind their repair recommendations.
3. Ideate: I leverage my industry knowledge and collaborative insights to create a comprehensive and accurate estimate, ensuring transparency and clarity.
4. Prototype (and Test): I meticulously document the damage w/ detailed photos and reports, effectively building a "prototype" of the repair process. This allows for clear communication, minimizing the need for supplements.
5. (Iterate &) Implement: I maintain open communication throughout the Process, addressing any questions or concerns that arise, and efficiently handle any necessary supplements.
