Led end-to-end design for web and mobile, conducted UX research, developed user flows, and performed usability tests. Created wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive interfaces. Ensured consistency across platforms, defined style guides, aligned with stakeholders, and communicated effectively through design documents. Also mentored team members and ensured design feasibility with developers.
