Conceptualization of digital mobile applications, including wireframing business requirements, defining navigation maps (IA), and proposing user experience-based designs to improve conversion rates (mainly for international clients in Healthcare, Fintech, and Digital Banking: Bupa/ Sanitas, Al Rajhi Bank, Deutsche Bank, etc.).
Learning the entire process for the development of digital projects, from research to prototyping and testing with real users, applying methodologies such as Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint, and Lean UX.
Directly working with the CEO, the primary responsibility is to develop a business strategy -based on the Blue Ocean Strategy- according to the company's needs and capabilities. It includes market and consumer research, benchmarking, marketing strategy.
Also managing and monitoring all processes concerning the project.
