The automation and simplification of processes focusing on the user allow to reduce costs, retain customers and give a better experience overall.
With this master I am learning how to manage the fundamentals of ‘User Centered Design’ learning how to do good research, establish digital product strategies, design the user experience and the interface and validate the design with real users in this new digital world, also at the end I'm having a minor focused on Blockchains, where I will learn to understand Blockchain from a logical perspective, and at the same time put this knowledge into practice for a technical challenge.
