Currently, I am working as a product designer at Asaan Retail, where I collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to life. I have contributed to the design and development of several features and products, such as the Business managament B2B SAAS tool, POS system. I have also helped increase the user retention rate by 25%, the user engagement rate by 10X, and the user satisfaction rate by 80%.
