I’m a UX and product designer with leadership and facilitation skills. I have a deep sense of empathy, developed through years of teaching and client facing experience, and genuinely want to make an impact on people’s lives - to solve important problems through design processes.

As such, I love

• the #productdiscovery process, where I work with teams to continuously research and discover user pain points, matching them clearly to our product efforts. #teresatorres
• designing product experiments, so we can measure outcomes and impact, and know we are moving, step by step (by step by step) in the right direction.
• creating scalable design systems that help teams design faster and more effectively.

I am a product design generalist, and enjoy being involved in the end-to-end design of products, not just one part. I see myself as a (near?) future entrepreneur, and want to be close to the center of the business so I can learn more and make holistic decisions with my team.
