- Establishing a comprehensive design system, conducting effective design exploration, and streamlining information architecture across MA & JSW products by the end of the contract, ensuring clarity and coherence in design components.

- Gauging the UI/UX according to the regular audits and updates to the design system, tracking the percentage of documented design components against the total identified components.

- Assisting in the completion and presentation of design explorations for the specified Jobseekers Website's features, ensuring alignment with project goals and user-centric design principles.

- Designing user flows and journey maps that simplify user interactions.

- Assisting in creating UI wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools.

- Conducting user testing sessions and usability studies to gather feedback on designs, and analyzing the results to make data-driven design decisions.

- Collaborating with the development team to ensure the implementation of UI/UX designs is consistent with Hiredly’s design guidelines/system.

- Collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and data engineers, to ensure seamless integration of UX designs and implementation.

- Creating and maintaining design documentation, style guides, and design system components to ensure consistency across the product or platform.

- Actively engage in discussions, meetings, and reviews to facilitate a cohesive understanding of design requirements and technical feasibility.
