My desire to learn from people and to make others' lives easier prompted me to pursue a career in UX Design. Prior to becoming a UX Designer, I worked as a Graphic Designer and a Barista at Starbucks. As a Barista, I worked closely with customers & making sure to deliver the best possible experience they have as they walk through the door until the very last moment we hand off their coffee. Because of poor design, I've seen how many items utilized in the industry work against this mission. I'm continuously thrilled by the possibility of applying design thinking to fill these gaps for users, thus improving experiences for customers and beyond.
