• Proposed UI improvements that reduced the number of steps for buyers to select add-ons

to cars, which prevents dropouts.

• Proposed a cleaner and more intuitive interface for salesperson, which would reduce the need for lengthy training, as well as improving the general experience.

Institutional Website and Marketplace Projects.

Played key role as a member of founder team. Served as in charge of all design-related elaboration and decision-making, including interfaces, user experience, visual materials (outdoor/magazine), branding, and social networks. Identified and resolved all CSS concerns through collaboration with developers.

• Key Project: platform tourly.pt a marketplace for tours.
• Within four months, participated in the creation of the brand's visual identity,
• interfaces, prototypes, publicity and implementation for the launch of the MVP.
• Identified which pages and components were crucial to successful user flow and

updated them, leading to more conversions.

• Developed brand awareness, which helped improve the offer of tours, as well as the number of affiliates and tourists visiting the platform.
