At GateHub, I contributed across UX/UI, marketing, and internal communications as the sole in-house designer. I led the redesign of the help center and blog to improve usability, structure, and visual clarity, resulting in increased user engagement. I introduced a structured workflow within the design process, which improved cross-team collaboration and reduced turnaround times. I created wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and app features, ensuring user-centered functionality and smooth developer handoff. I also designed visual assets for marketing campaigns and coded responsive transactional emails to support consistent brand communication. My work merged strategic thinking with visual precision to deliver experiences that were both intuitive and impactful.
