Led UX initiatives to establish a robust design process and develop a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team. Redesigned the installation process for Swarm, resulting in significant time savings and improved user experience. Collaborated closely with Product Managers, UI Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences. Contributed to key projects including SNS, IDSYS, ICE AI workflow tool, PhoneHome reports, and IRIS.

Thrilled to share that I've successfully contributed to the development of three groundbreaking products at PowerMe! As an individual contributor, I played a pivotal role in defining a unified style guide to ensure consistency across all projects. Taking on a particularly challenging endeavor, I spearheaded the design of the Lineage feature, which serves as the backbone of our data intelligence platform. Lineage provides unparalleled visibility into data lifecycles, enabling users to understand data origins, transformations, and consumption. PowerMe has two major products: Intelligent data catalog: Easily search, discover, and collaborate on data and analytics assets. Automated 360-degree data lineage: Gain a comprehensive understanding of data flow within your systems.

Collaborated closely with stakeholders and product teams to understand requirements and brainstorm ideas. Conducted user research to translate requirements into sketches, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups. Created interactive prototypes to validate designs through customer interviews and usability testing. Iterated on designs based on feedback and delivered final UI designs with HTML code to engineers. Managed a team of 3 designers, delegating tasks and ensuring project deadlines were met.
