Summary
I come from a commercial development background and have worked for both French and British multimedia and digital media agencies (both programmatic focussed). In these roles, I maximised agency revenue through client acquisition, as well as optimising and managing specialised media investment programmes.
My desire to get out of sales and contribute to creating products that will improve users' lives is what has led me to UX Design. My detail-oriented and curious mind has always pushed me to question and want to understand why people and systems function in the ways they do.
I wish to put my inquisitive mind and empathetic nature to good use as a UX Designer & Researcher, to better understand humans/users and create solutions that will authentically improve and add value to their lives.
