Welcome! My name is Josh. With over seven years of experience serving in a large-scale corporation, I am a tech-savvy professional with a wide range of experience centered around satisfying client needs and improving the overall end-user experience. As a certified UX/UI Design graduate from the University of Toronto, I pride myself on the transferrable skills I bring that make me a highly unique practitioner. My career has provided me with an abundance of exposure in the areas of program design and management, workforce management, recruitment, HRIS management, client support, and interaction. I am particularly interested in the evolution of the tech, financial, transportation, and retail industries as well as government sectors and their functionalities. In combination with my never-ending willingness to learn and upskill, I look forward to the next steps in my career and where my drive to improve user experience can be leveraged for the greater good.
