Content Management System (CMS) Redesign:

• Led the overhaul of the CMS, replacing an outdated 2009 system and improving efficiency by 40%.

• Defined the new CMS architecture, collaborated on ideation, and crafted user flows, IA, design system, and wireframes.

• Oversaw User Management, Programs & Courses, and Achievements sections, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.

AASTMT Website Revamp:

• Collaborated on the redesign of the AASTMT Website, conducting studies and analyses for colleges, identifying strengths and weaknesses.

• Defined the website's flow through a sitemap, created the design system and wireframes, and introduced features, including a Programs and Courses search.

• Took responsibility for Nav system, Facts & Numbers, Scholarships, Research, Homepage, Admission, and Colleges sections, contributing to a 25% increase in user engagement.
