Wireframing for Video Streaming Service
First, I started by analyzing streaming apps. I tried to understand where each one stood out. In the end, I put together a table comparing each solution.
Then I did a little brainstorming with features that I could add to my product, so that it could stand out from the other solutions.
After this brainstorming, I made some low-prototyping wireframes, both on paper and digitally.
Dynamic Thumbnails
- Dynamic thumbnails are personalized images that change based on user preferences and viewing history. They help attract users' attention by showcasing scenes or characters they are likely to be interested in.
User-Generated Content
- This feature allows users to create and upload their own videos, reviews, or comments. It fosters a sense of community and engagement by giving users a platform to share their creativity and opinions.
Gamification & Quizzes
- Gamification involves adding game-like elements such as rewards, badges, and points to enhance user engagement. Quizzes related to the content can make the viewing experience more interactive and fun.
