Thank you for the effort you put into this work! However, I believe that there is room for enhancement. Figma caters to various user groups and I think it is important to consider multiple personas. It would be beneficial to provide research on which these personas are based, as the current description seems too generic. Additionally, if a persona is titled as a UX researcher, they would likely be more interested in using Figma for planning activities, organizing research data for presentations, and collaborating on design discussions with other team members, rather than solely for creating designs, as the bio states.
