Hiring Service: Indeed.com

As a UX/UI designer for a hiring service, my goal is to make the profile experience more intuitive and user-friendly for both candidates and hiring managers. My task is the implementation of custom design enhancements to the Indeed platform.

Purpose

The profile presents comprehensive information, including work experiences, education, certifications, and job preferences. This content serves the intended purpose of enabling hiring managers to assess candidates quickly. The sections are logically divided and easy to follow. Adding more interactive features (e.g., quick filters for skills or experiences) could enhance functionality further.

Visual Design

The consistent use of color and clear typography enhances readability and visual appeal. Blue accents emphasize key actions (e.g., "Connect" and "Message"), guiding user focus effectively. The page also includes a candidate's photo and a work-related banner that creates a professional personal touch.

Usability

Hiring managers can quickly navigate the page, locate critical information, and take actions like connecting with candidates or viewing resumes. The layout feels intuitive, reducing cognitive load. Potential improvements might include making the skills section interactive or adding hover states for detailed information.
