We’re looking for a Middle or Senior UX Writer (Content Designer) to help define how we communicate with users across our global product ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll craft clear, engaging, and user-centered content that enhances every step of the user journey. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional UX team where content and design work seamlessly together to deliver intuitive, meaningful experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

We believe great user experiences happen when words and design are perfectly aligned — creating a cohesive narrative that empowers people to confidently achieve their goals. As a UX Writer at Sumsub, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll contribute to a wide range of product initiatives by collaborating closely with product designers, researchers, and product managers to shape the language that defines our platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to have real impact: not just by writing copy, but by helping define how content is created, maintained, and scaled across the product.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Craft clear, consistent narratives and microcopy that enhance user experiences across the product ecosystem.
  • Write product content that is user-friendly, concise, and aligned with our voice and tone guidelines.
  • Deliver the right information at the right time to guide users seamlessly through their journey.
  • Help develop and evolve our content frameworks, product narratives, and style guides.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create solutions that balance user needs and business objectives.
  • Participate in usability testing and A/B experiments to validate and improve content.

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a UX Writer or in a similar content design role within a UX or product team (experience in international SaaS is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and microcopy best practices.
  • C2-level proficiency (CEFR) in English and Russian, with excellent communication skills, supported by recognized certification.
  • Confident using design and collaboration tools (Figma experience preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote, and cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for shaping the user experience through language.
  • Experience with A/B testing, usability research, and accessibility standards is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).
  • Working with a product that matters. Our technology helps to protect millions of users and lots of online services worldwide.
  • International project. Our team works from offices in Berlin, Limassol, London, and Miami, our customers are spread from Mexico and the USA to Hong Kong, South Korea, and Singapore.
  • 1 extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • 7 additional days to enjoy the Christmas & New Year holidays.
  • 7 days of sick leave (without the need for documentation).
  • Regular, fully covered team offsites to connect and collaborate.
  • Learning opportunities and support to attend industry events with the team.
