We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in designing user experiences for E-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a proven track record in optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and a passion for creating seamless and engaging user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, and final design.

Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.

Utilize extensive experience in CRO to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates throughout the customer journey.

Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure a seamless integration of design solutions.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

Develop and optimize information architecture to ensure logical and efficient navigation for users.

Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts, ensuring a user-centered approach in the development process.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, incorporating them into the design process as relevant.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

8years+ experience in UX design for E-commerce brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

Expertise in utilizing design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of web and mobile platforms, responsive design, and emerging design trends.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
