About the Job

This is a full-time role for a Senior UI/UX Designer at Spark Eighteen. We're looking for a skilled and passionate designer who excels at crafting intuitive, scalable, and responsive user experiences. You'll play a key role in designing user interfaces for our enterprise-level products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and championing a user-centric approach from concept to execution. This position requires strong expertise in Figma and a proven ability to deliver high-quality designs, especially when working with US-based clients. The job location is flexible, with a preference for the Delhi NCR region.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver compelling user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
  • Create scalable and responsive UI/UX designs that provide optimal experiences across various devices and screen sizes for enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate product requirements into user-centric design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing products.
  • Ensure designs incorporate accessibility basics and best practices to promote inclusive user experiences.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and US-based clients, effectively communicating design choices and incorporating feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution and application of our design system to maintain consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in design critiques, offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate overall design quality.

Technical Skills

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design roles.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma for all stages of the design process, from ideation to hand-off.
  • Proven experience in designing for enterprise and SAAS applications.
  • Demonstrable experience working with US-based clients, understanding their market nuances and user expectations.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing robust scalable and responsive design solutions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility basics (e.g., WCAG guidelines) and an understanding of how to implement them in designs.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience contributing to or utilizing a design system.
