We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong product instincts to join our Fusion by Devoted platform team. As a key member of the product design team, you'll shape intuitive, scalable experiences that enable seamless collaboration, content delivery, and workflow visibility. We’re specifically seeking someone who’s worked on marketplace-style platforms or multi-sided products, with a deep understanding of how to balance the needs of internal teams and external users in a fast-moving, creative ecosystem

Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as a design stakeholder, helping shape features that deliver real value to platform users
  • Design and maintain a cohesive, intuitive visual language across Fusion’s product experience
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for data-rich interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Conduct user research and apply design thinking to solve complex UX challenges
  • Produce key UX deliverables (e.g. personas, journey maps) and support usability testing
  • Ensure design implementation meets spec and maintain consistency through reviews and QA handoffs
  • Stay current on design trends and platform competitors to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer
  • Experience designing for marketplace or platform-based services
  • Strong background in UI design for data-dense and information-heavy interfaces
  • Proficient in Interaction Design and Human-Centered Design
  • Hands-on experience with UX research, UX design, and visual/UI design
  • Ability to apply Design Thinking in product development
  • Skilled in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong visual sensibility across typography, layout, and branding
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs from concept to delivery
  • Comfortable working with animations and illustration to elevate user experience
  • Understanding of basic coding principles (to work effectively with developers)
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
  • Bonus points for experience with:
    • Photoshop
    • After Effects
