Tasks

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Design with Impact – Create elegant, modern, and user-centric designs in Figma, with a deep focus on usability, aesthetics, and consistency.

🛠 Prototype in Framer – Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in Framer to bring ideas to life and test user flows.

💻 Convert Designs to Code – Translate your own Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS to support rapid development and prototyping.

📱 Define UI Systems – Develop scalable design systems and UI libraries for use across our product ecosystem.

🧠 Collaborate Closely – Work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.

🧪 User Testing & Feedback – Help conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and iterate quickly to improve experiences.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Figma Mastery – You have strong expertise designing end-to-end user interfaces and components in Figma.

✅ Framer Proficiency – You can build compelling interactive prototypes and product experiences directly in Framer.

✅ HTML/CSS Skills – You’re able to bring your designs to life in the browser with responsive, semantic, maintainable code.

✅ Design Systems Mindset – You can think in systems, ensuring consistency across components, states, and platforms.

✅ Mobile & Desktop Awareness – You know how to craft interfaces that feel right on any screen size.

✅ Pixel-Perfect Mentality – You obsess over spacing, alignment, typography, and visual hierarchy.

✅ Fast & Iterative Approach – You love refining ideas quickly and working in sprints. ✅ Bonus: JavaScript familiarity, motion design, or experience with tools like Lottie or GSAP.
