Description

The Senior UI/UX Designer at Cardoo Technologies will lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across mobile, web, and embedded platforms. This role focuses on creating user-centered designs for connected hardware products, integrating modern technologies like AI to enhance usability and personalization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for mobile, web, and embedded interfaces
Translate user research, product requirements, and technical constraints into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces aligned with brand identity
Integrate AI-powered features and personalized user experiences into product design
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and QA teams to align design with business and technical goals
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to improve product experience
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Ensure consistency and best practices across all digital touchpoints
Mentor junior designers and promote a strong design culture within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual excellence, and end-to-end design processes
Experience designing for mobile apps, web platforms, and/or embedded systems
