UI Designer (Figma / SaaS & Mobile Apps)
Create a profile and we’ll automatically match you with the most relevant job opportunities.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented UI designer to join our team on a part-time retainer (10–15 hrs/week). Our projects focus on SaaS and enterprise products — dashboards, forms, workflows, and components — not marketing sites.
This role is ideal for a motivated designer who loves working in Figma, polishing details, and making interfaces clean and consistent. Most of the work involves fixing Figma comments, tweaking existing designs, and extending design systems. At times you’ll create new screens and states, but the emphasis is on quality, responsiveness, and consistency.
You’ll be working directly with a product strategist who will provide direction and feedback. We’re looking for someone long-term, communicative, and reliable who wants steady ongoing work and a chance to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Review and complete Figma comments with precision.
- Tidy layouts, adjust spacing/typography, and keep files organized.
- Build and update components using auto-layout and variants.
- Create simple new screens or empty/error states as needed.
- Communicate progress and be responsive during the workweek.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, design systems).
- Solid eye for spacing, alignment, and typography.
- Clear communication and dependable responsiveness.
- Availability: 10–15 hrs/week (2–3 hrs/day, Mon–Fri).
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS apps, dashboards, or enterprise tools.
How to Apply:
- Record a 2–5 min Loom video introducing yourself and walking through one of your real Figma files (not just screenshots).
- Share links to 2–3 actual Figma files that show your detail work (components, systems, dashboards).
- Let us know when you can usually reply if messaged at 10am EST.
Compensation:
- Rate range: $30–$40/hr (depending on quality and reliability).
- Paid part-time retainer (~10–15 hrs/week).
- Long-term, stable collaboration for the right fit.
