About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing-Focused Web Designer to join our team and craft high-impact digital experiences.

In this role, you will lead the design of fully responsive, conversion-driven web experiences from concept to delivery, with a strong emphasis on marketing landing pages, paid ad creatives, and brand execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Visual Design

  • Design high-converting marketing landing pages, ad creatives, email templates, and social media assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all marketing and digital channels.
  • Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional visuals, and launch materials.
  • Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and conversions.

UX, Research & Strategy

  • Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations that inform design decisions.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to create innovative, performance-driven design solutions.
  • Apply strategic thinking to align design outputs with growth and business objectives.

Information Architecture & User Flows

  • Define clear information architecture and user journeys to optimize usability and conversion paths.
  • Structure content for clarity, engagement, and seamless navigation.

UI Design & Prototyping

  • Design intuitive, visually polished interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and usability insights.

Usability, Accessibility & Inclusivity

  • Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design effectiveness.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and support inclusive user experiences.
  • Stay current with accessibility best practices and integrate them into all projects.

Design Systems & Documentation

  • Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and devices.
  • Produce detailed design documentation, style guides, and UI specifications to support smooth development implementation.
  • Deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams.

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, marketers, and stakeholders.
  • Lead design discussions and client interactions with confidence and clarity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Take ownership of design decisions and proactively solve problems.

Industry Awareness

  • Stay up-to-date with design, marketing, and web trends to continuously elevate output quality and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B environments (agency, tech, startup, or freelance).
  • Strong expertise in marketing-driven web design and conversion-focused UX.
  • Advanced graphic design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
  • High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong web design fundamentals, with deep knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Experience creating scalable design systems (components, grids, typography, spacing).
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal teams and clients.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously or within a team.
