A global direct-to-consumer brand is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead subscription-focused initiatives within its digital product ecosystem. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone passionate about building innovative, customer-centric experiences at scale.
Ideal candidates will have a strong product mindset, technical fluency, and proven ability to drive outcomes without relying on formal authority. You'll work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and architecture teams to deliver features that improve retention, drive business growth, and enhance user satisfaction across a global customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the subscription experience.
- Lead the full product lifecycle-from opportunity sizing and discovery through launch, iteration, and measurement.
- Partner with a dedicated engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Use behavioral analytics, customer interviews, and screen recordings to inform UX decisions.
- Collaborate with design on intuitive interfaces that balance business goals and user needs.
- Serve as Product Owner within a cross-functional sprint team-managing backlog, leading ceremonies, and driving outcomes.
- Partner with technical architecture leads to ensure scalability and technical integrity.
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., churn, retention, lifetime value, activation) and identify improvement levers.
Skills and experience required:
- 10+ years in digital product management, ideally within B2C subscription, e-commerce, or consumer technology businesses.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products that impact retention, customer value, and conversion.
- Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks and product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Optimizely, Mixpanel).
- Experience with customer research methodologies (surveys, segmentation, interviews, usability testing).
- Strong familiarity with subscription systems, billing platforms, and common tech stacks.
- Skilled in tracking and interpreting core metrics: churn, LTV, retention, activation.
- Proven ability to work across technical teams and architecture stakeholders.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with strong stakeholder and project management skills.
