What We Do
By automating and streamlining common workflows to make them more efficient, Northbay Neural is where teams want to work so they can focus on what matters most, even when that’s just logging off on time. Whether automating reconciliations, documentation requests, or streamlining recurring accounting processes. Northbay Neural's platform enhances the way teams already work to help them operate more efficiently.
At Northbay Neural, design is a driving force behind our AI-powered Transformation Platform and we’re building a world-class design organization to support our next chapter of growth! Our vision is to create human-centered tools that act as intelligent partners that automate repetitive work, detect anomalies, and surface insights in real time to help teams operate with clarity and precision. Product design shapes: 1) How complex data becomes intuitive 2) How AI becomes a trusted partner, and 3) How everyone from the accountant to the CFO feels empowered. This role is for a design leader who will serve as the principal authority on our design system and platform-level experiences, driving quality and consistency. Come join us!
