About the role:

We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives on our's platform.

This role is responsible for coordinating work across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered successfully. You’ll help drive alignment, manage dependencies, and bring structure to complex efforts that span multiple teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoys turning plans into execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, managing scope, timeline, and resource constraints
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery readiness
  • Drive clear ownership, communication, and accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, and status updates
  • Help translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  • Help ensure consistency across surfaces and touchpoints
  • Track dependencies and handoffs between teams

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in project management or program management
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies with limited initial context
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with vendor- or partner-driven initiatives
  • Familiarity with analytics or launch metrics
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or product launches
  • CAPM or PMP certification
  • Experience collaborating closely with design and marketing teams
