Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a strong generalist to join our team in the role of Program Manager. In this role, you will be supporting the Growth team to perform detailed analysis, documenting processes, and performing operations. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking. This will involve parallelising a lot of efforts and wearing multiple hats at once. The role will have a steep learning curve as you will be expected to scale personally as the business grows in the US market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Growth function on all initiatives for the vertical
  • Assisting in setting up the sales infrastructure
  • Owning end-to-end execution of sales & marketing campaigns – from ideation, to liaising with content and design, to launch and reiteration
  • Conducting analysis to determine the effectiveness of each channel
  • Determining sales potential and making recommendations
  • Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for experimentation in the USA

Is this someone that looks like you?

  • Experience: 1-3 years in growth roles at fast-paced B2B SaaS startups or IB/Consulting
  • MBA/Undergrad degree from Tier 1 colleges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • An executor with strong bias for action and ability to handle many balls at once
  • A penchant for working with a diverse range of people
