  • Supporting Customer Success teams in development of user onboarding, reference, and troubleshooting materials.
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing in development of required go-to-market materials.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • 3-5 years in product-related roles for software products.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across varied audiences.
  • Experience independently identifying product opportunities.

  • Familiar with product development methodologies: agile, continuous discovery, lean product, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Experience with key product development tools, including product management platforms, Jira for work management, Confluence for doc management, and Lucid or Miro for collaborative workshops and visual communication.
  • Comfortable using AI as a thought partner and efficiency tool.
