We are currently recruiting for a full-time, remote Middle Product Manager to join our team.

Mission:

Manage product development, creating high-quality specs for developers, and user flows according to the best UI/UX practices — follow up on the product implementation.

Responsibilities (in order of priority):

Write specifications for software products and features that are easy to understand for developers
Define User Flows
Research of existing products on the market and competition
Conduct product client interviews and participate in client meetings to understand requirements
Create UI/UX designs for products in Figma
Project Management
Participate in product or feature launches.

Qualifications:

BA minimum degree (preferably technical/engineering)
Must have experience in an IT company in a similar position
Hands-on experience managing mobile applications — from ideation to release
Experience in the use of the latest AI tools for UX writing, content creation/generation, data analysis, information processing, and search optimization
Experience in UI/UX creation
English - upper intermediate
