About Us

Qualio is a unified quality and compliance management platform that helps regulated organizations get products to market faster with reduced risk. Trusted by biopharma, medtech, and diagnostics companies worldwide, Qualio eliminates fragmented systems that create audit delays and compliance blind spots. Our platform enables audit readiness in weeks through multi-standard automated gap analysis and evidence reuse across ISO and FDA requirements. Qualio is ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 27701 certified, reflecting our commitment to security, quality, and privacy.

The Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America, Europe and Australia.

What’s the opportunity?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join our dynamic, collaborative and remote-first Qualio team!

Join Qualio as a pivotal player in a high-velocity cross-functional product development team. Help us transform an industry that, literally, saves millions of lives every year. This is challenging but incredibly rewarding work being done with a supportive and passionate team.

Product at Qualio

  • We take a cross-disciplinary approach at every level. Product Management, Design and Engineering (EPD) all report into our VP, EPD and consider themselves part of one team.
  • Everything a customer experiences is part of our product, whether it is delivered by technology or a human. We strive to be a product-led company.
  • All members of EPD have an outsized influence but also an expectation of ownership for overall customer and company outcomes
  • We are open and collaborative by default (e.g. public slack channels, lots of collaborative work in open documents, minimal organizational hierarchy, etc.)
  • We are dedicated to continuously improving our craft at product development. We reflect on and evolve our own practices and concepts regularly. We engage with the industry to make sure we are at the top of our game. We guarantee that you will be a much better professional for having worked with us.
  • All members of EPD are makers more than managers. Product Managers make clarity and confidence out of ambiguity and uncertainty. That means more than 75% or more of your time will be spent generating insights, proposals, decisions, user stories, outcome-focused communications, etc. rather than organizing meetings, schedules, etc.

What will I be doing?

  • Refine and deeply understand customer problems — synthesising existing feedback, customer interviews, and usage data into clear problem definitions and confident solution proposals.
  • Lead solution design in close collaboration with Engineering, from early concepts through to shipped products.
  • Demonstrate compelling and confident storytelling that surfaces assumptions and difficult decisions but also aligns stakeholders around solutions. A large portion of your job is inspiring and driving work.
  • Work within a supported structure alongside a Staff Product Manager, taking ownership of problems and driving them through solution design and delivery across different product areas as the team's needs evolve.
  • Grow into taking on broader problem spaces and contributing to roadmap planning across product areas — balancing near-term customer pain relief with longer-term strategic solutions.
  • Work collaboratively across EPD, and with key partners in Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Sales

What skills do I need?

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment – experience or strong interest in highly-regulated industries, life-science, or "service design" (i.e. technology-powered and human-powered aspects working together) preferred.
  • A passion for delivering effective and elegant products and services that solve customer problems, especially high-quality UX and solid platform architectures
  • Ability to engage directly with customers for discovery interviews, user research, feedback collection, and validation of product concepts and prototypes
  • Strong product design skills with ability to create wireframes, user flows, and work collaboratively on design solutions that solve customer problems
  • An approachable and collaborative working style with a rigorous mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Experience planning and managing successful launch and adoption of work, not just building and deploying it.
  • Fluent in working in agile development environments – we aren't ideological about process but we are definitely not waterfall.
  • Experience with AI – understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations, experience integrating AI features into products, familiarity with AI tools and workflows, and ability to communicate AI value propositions to stakeholders
  • Preferred experience with product analytics – proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Datadog, Quicksight), ability to set up tracking and measurement frameworks, experience analyzing user behavior data to inform product decisions.
  • Preferred experience in a medical device, SaMD, or other highly regulated industry (e.g. pharma, biotech)
