As a Product Designer (UX-UI), your mission is to lead the design and execution of world-class e-commerce experiences that are impossible to ignore. You will not only measure and optimize these experiences to improve ease of use and user satisfaction but also align design strategies with business objectives to drive growth and user engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate user stories and requirements.
- Lead the design process from ideation through final execution, utilizing user flows, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to sketch and validate design ideas.
- Create and deliver prototypes that effectively demonstrate user navigation through various flows, ranging from low to high fidelity.
- Advocate and implement improvements to the information architecture of our brands, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
- Present and defend design decisions to internal teams and key stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Identify and address UX issues and lead initiatives to establish and follow best design practices.
- Conduct both moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions, and mentor team members in effective user research techniques.
- Collect and integrate qualitative and quantitative data from multiple teams to continually refine design approaches.
- Iterate prototypes based on user feedback to address pain points, frustrations, and goals effectively.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the product, influencing the product roadmap and key features
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer (UX/IU designer) with a proven record of delivering consumer-grade applications, including significant roles in a senior capacity. Semi Sr (4+ years of experience), Sr (5+ years of experience).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience leading design sessions and cross-functional workshops.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and interaction design principles and the ability to apply them in shaping complex systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create world-class prototypes and lead design projects from concept through completion.
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams in an agile environment, with a solid track record of implemented designs that meet high standards of usability and accessibility.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing exceptional design work, including insights into your decision-making process and how your designs have impacted business outcomes.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping software, willing to adopt new tools and methodologies as needed.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior designers and leading by example in a dynamic team environment
