Position Summary

As a key member of the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (“DDAT”) team, you will be an integral member a dynamic organization committed to building delightful customer experiences at scale, accelerating business growth, and driving operational efficiencies by powering CVS Health to be a ‘digital first, technology forward and data driven’ company.

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of product development, streamlining processes, and managing data to support product strategy across the Aetna Technology organization. This role is critical in helping the product organization scale effectively. Key responsibilities include process and workflow optimization, data management, analysis and reporting, tools and systems management, and strategic planning.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a product development environment. Additionally, you must have excellent facilitation & communication skills, strong analytical skills, experience coordinating cross functional projects, and a proven ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and continuously improve product development processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation to streamline team operations and ensure consistent adoption across the organization.
  • Evaluate new tools and support integrations that improve product team productivity.
  • Partner with analytics & data engineering teams to maintain data quality, definitions, and governance.
  • Manage cross-functional programs involving key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, and Marketing).
  • Assist product leadership with strategy execution and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, business operations, program management or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working within a metrics driven, changing and flexible organization.
  • 3+ years of experience using data to drive decision making.
  • 3+ years of MS Office Suite Programs for presentations and reporting.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent business acumen and communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience with product development (i.e., JIRA, Rally, Confluence) and project management (i.e., Airtable) tools.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
