Team

The Customer Registration Team focuses on building and maintaining the foundational systems that enable new customers to join Raisin quickly, securely, and seamlessly. The team owns the full registration journey—from data intake and validation to identity unification and simulation services—ensuring that customer data is complete, accurate, and ready for downstream processes.

  • Registration processes and flows for B2C and B2B integrations.
  • Cross-functional registration schema definition.
  • Customer data validity maintenance.

  • Simulation and data modelling services.

Your Responsibilities

This Junior Product Manager role is a rare opportunity to shape how customers first experience Raisin. Partnering with engineering and design, you will optimize the registration pipeline, streamline data verification, and support innovation in customer identity management.

  • Lead with impact: Drive clarity and outcomes in a domain balancing UX simplicity, technical depth, and compliance needs.
  • Full product ownership: Become the domain expert for registration and customer data onboarding systems, managing them end-to-end.
  • Customer-centric innovation: Work to reduce friction, simplify flows, and improve conversion and completion rates.
  • Cross-functional schema design: Collaborate with product, legal, and data teams to define and evolve a unified registration schema.
  • Data integrity & identity management: Ensure robustness of data validity checks and single customer view capabilities, maintaining a single source of truth for customer data.
  • Simulation services: Partner with engineers to design test and simulation capabilities for validating registration flows and dependencies.
  • Strategic alignment: Define clear KPIs with senior leadership and ensure the registration systems scale alongside Raisin’s growth.
  • Team collaboration: Foster a collaborative team culture where learning, feedback, and ownership thrive.

Your Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of relevant experience in product or adjacent technology areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to dissect complex data pipelines and user journeys.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical and business concepts across stakeholders.
  • Deep interest in customer onboarding, identity management, and UX optimization.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and motivated to take initiative within a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in onboarding, identity verification, or KYC-related systems.
  • Exposure to API-driven data validation or event-based data workflows.
  • Experience in FinTech, banking, or high-growth digital products.
  • Experience in leading B2B and B2C partnership integrations,
