About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Growth Marketing Design Contractor to join the Goodnotes Marketing team. This is a full-time contractor role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely, from our Singapore office, or in a hybrid setup. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Brand Design Lead and Growth Marketing team to concept and execute high-performing design assets that fuel customer acquisition and engagement.

You’ll be responsible for delivering digital-first, conversion-optimised visuals for campaigns across CMS, Paid Ads, ASO and Local Marketing. Your work will have a direct impact on business growth—supporting experiments, campaigns, and creative iterations that drive performance in global markets.

  • Designing digital marketing assets for paid media (meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google), CRM, and web that align with performance and brand goals.
  • Collaborating with the Growth and Brand teams to test and optimise ad creatives and landing pages based on data insights and campaign performance.
  • Contributing to growth-focused creative ideation—from quick-turn concepts to iterative testing frameworks.
  • Taking ownership of asset production across a range of formats, specs, and channels, while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Maintaining a strong grasp of the Goodnotes brand and applying it with flexibility across performance marketing needs.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

  • Written and spoken English proficiency is essential.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first marketing design work with measurable impact on campaign performance.
  • Deep understanding of design best practices for growth marketing, including direct response and mobile-first creative.
  • Required software skills: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt designs based on feedback from marketers, designers, and performance data.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working at pace in an iterative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in digital design, with a strong emphasis on marketing and performance creative.
  • Experience designing for growth in a product-led or tech company—ideally in productivity sector.
  • Experience working with or within performance/growth teams.

Interview process
