What you’ll do

  • Product Discovery: Dive deep into market trends and user behavior to find the "Next Big Thing" for Miro.
  • Validation: Don’t just guess—test. Use research and rapid prototyping to prove your ideas work.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the "glue" between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Legal to move projects from sticky notes to shipped code.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics to obsess over performance and find the 1% improvements that drive massive impact.
  • AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI to streamline workflows and enhance the product experience.

What you’ll need

  • The Foundation: A degree (completed or in-progress) in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field.
  • The Spark: A "builder" mindset. Whether it’s a side hustle, a club you led, or a complex project, you have a track record of making things happen.
  • Technical Curiosity: You’re comfortable discussing APIs or system design and are already using AI tools (LLMs, midjourney, etc.) to supercharge your productivity.
  • High EQ: You listen more than you speak. You can navigate ambiguity with humility and build bridges between different types of people.
  • Communication: Fluent English and the ability to tell a compelling story—whether in a document or on a Miro board.
  • AI Native: Demonstrated use of latest AI tools to research, synthesize information or visualize ideas on projects or extra curricular activities
