Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, SaaS solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.

You will:

  • Own a key product area — from idea to measurable impact, driving growth in engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Turn insights into action — discover user needs, define hypotheses, and translate them into clear product experiments.
  • Shape the roadmap — prioritize initiatives that balance user delight, trust, and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketing to deliver meaningful results fast.
  • Lead experiments and A/B tests — validate ideas quickly, learn continuously, and scale what works.
  • Improve monetization loops — optimize credit usage, paywalls, and bonus mechanics for sustainable revenue growth.

From you:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management within B2C digital products — ideally communication, dating, or social platforms.
  • Familiarity with global markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe, LATAM) and cultural nuances in user behavior.
  • A proven track record of moving metrics — you’ve owned and improved KPIs like retention, ARPPU, or conversion.
  • Strong data literacy — you make decisions based on insights, not opinions (SQL, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent prioritization and execution skills — you can turn chaos into clear roadmaps and deliver results fast.
  • Experience in experimentation and A/B testing — you know how to design, run, and interpret experiments.
  • A growth mindset — you learn fast, challenge assumptions, and care deeply about both product and people.
  • Knowledge of user acquisition and paid marketing funnels.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience working with communication, dating, or social discovery products at scale.
  • Experience with transactional or credit-based models will be a plus.
  • Leading cross-functional teams or guiding teammates will be a plus.
