In the final stage of the workshop, the closing stage, you’ll be left with a whole lot of ideas and solutions to implement. Narrow down your options and prioritize them with the help of your team. Take a vote on which solutions hold the most value or are most pressing. You can then go on to draft a plan of action that details the next steps for your team members.^[1]
